Food Prep is Key!

Why do I food prep?

Well, it’s important to me and I enjoy it, but my main four reasons for prepping are:

  • It keeps me on track – no greasy fast food or dinning out but most importantly, no impulse eating.
  • It makes tracking my macros easy – I know what’s in each serving and how much I can have.
  • It’s easy on the wallet – no overspending on meals.
  • It’s grab and GO – I don’t have to come home after a long day and cook or clean up. I can throw a tasty, healthy lunch bag for work together in the AM.

This weeks prep!! EEK! I’m so excited!

High Protein (Bison burger) Pasta Bake

Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice

Roasted veggies per usual because I love them SO much!

I also made my mini Caprese salads and Turkey Protein boxes again, and cut up plenty of fruit!

I’m ready for the week! Come on warmer temps and sunshine! ☀️
